Robin Mix
Contains: sunflower hearts, pinhead oatmeal, peanut granules,
white millet, dried mealworms, vegetable oil.
Specifically designed for Robins this mix can also be fed as an all
year round high energy feed for all birds. It includes pinhead
oatmeal because this provides high energy plus essential high carb
- it is chopped to a pinhead size for all small and slender beaked
birds. Sunflower hearts are from the black oil sunflower so have the
highest available energy values of all the sunflower varieties.
Mealworms have high fat and good insectivorous protein and are
much liked by mistle thrushes and other insect eaters. And our
peanut granules are the finest grade we can get, chopped as small
as possible and then screened to eliminate any larger pieces and
especially to ensure whole nuts don't get into the mix. This is a
class blend and our birds have done very well on it indeed.
Especially suitable for: Robins, Songthrush, Mistle Thrush, Wrens
and Pipits. Also suitable for: Tits, Finches, Bramblings, Linnets,
Buntings, Dunnocks, Yellow Hammer.
